Supply Us With the Following Information
When you contact us, we will be asking you for this information, so please have them ready:

* Invoice number 
* Company name
* Contact person's name, address, phone#, fax#
* Product information: Item's name, quantity, serial# (if applicable), reason for return, special instructions.

Ship Back the Product
We ask that when you send the product back to PBI, please note the following:

1.Package it securely! Use adequate cushioning and adhesive tape so your shipment will not be further damaged or lost during shipment!

2.Label it accurately! Put your own name, your own return address and the PBI-assigned RMA# (required) on the package before you ship it.
