POLICY CHANGES EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 2007
FREIGHT POLICY
Orders of $3500* or more are shipped freight prepaid at Pro Brand’s choice of carrier to customer’s location within the United States; otherwise all orders are shipped FOB Marietta, GA.
*Excludes sale items, cable & wire, copper ground wire, rotators, receivers or connectors.
MINIMUM ORDER POLICY
Orders must meet minimum of $500 to be considered as a valid Purchase Order. Orders under $500 will be rejected. Orders must be submitted in sub or master carton quantity
TERMS POLICY
Credit applications must be submitted through your account manager. Credit terms to be approved by accounting department, after credit application has been received and reviewed.
WARRANTY POLICY
Standard warranty is 12 months unless otherwise noted.
Cable – 30 day warranty
Copper Ground Wire – 30 day warranty
Accessories under $10 – 30 day warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY
Product is guaranteed by Pro Brand International, Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty period for most product is 12 months from the date of purchase by the original purchaser . This warranty shall be void upon transfer of ownership of this product. Pro Brand International agrees to repair or replace this unit, at our option and at no charge, within the warranty period, providing that the product is delivered to Pro Brand International in it’s original package or equivalent, fully insured, with all shipping charges prepaid and a return authorization number (RA) listed on the outside of the packaging. The repaired or replacement unit shall be warranted for a period equal to the balance of the defective unit’s warranty period. A handling charge of $35 will be applied to any returned product found not to be defective. To honor this warranty and to ensure the best service to our customer, Pro Brand International requires the following information to be included with the returned unit:
Model name, number & serial number of the unit
A copy of the original sales invoice from your vendor
A detailed description of the problem, electrical connection and associated hardware
A PBI Return Authorization (RA) number obtained by calling PBI customer service at 770-423-7072 prior to returning the unit.
This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been repaired or altered in any way so as, in our judgment, to affect its functionality and durability, nor to any product subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident, improper maintenance, improper installation, nor to any product used with other parts, components and/or accessories with quality and/or specifications incompatible with this product. This warranty does not cover products that have been impaired by severe weather conditions and other occurrences considered Acts of God over which Pro Brand International has no control. This warranty shall also be void is any required periodic maintenance, if applicable, has not been properly performed on this product.
This warranty and remedies presented above are exclusive and in lieu of all other express or implied warranties. No other representatives or claims shall be binding on or obligate Pro Brand International in any way. Any warranty applicable to this product is limited to the period described above. In no event will Pro Brand International be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or cost of replacement goods resulting from the use or malfunction of this product to the equipment system on which it is used. This warranty gives specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

Expedited return shipping services are available at an additional cost.
Items under warranty will be approved for return; however it is at Pro Brand’s discretion to either have the product destroyed in the field or returned to Pro Brand, frt. prepaid for evaluation.
All return authorized product will be repaired or replaced by Pro Brand. Credits for returns, or repair or replacement, will be issued at the discretion of Pro Brand based on the outcome of test and inspection.
If the product is to be destroyed in the field, a credit will be issued to your company and the distributor will dispose of the stated products upon receipt of the credit.
A return authorization is needed for any stock adjustments, shipping errors, or customer cancellation. The RA can be obtained from the Pro Brand service department.

DAMAGED OR MISSING FREIGHT POLICY
Shortages and/or damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Pro Brand can not make claims to carriers for shipments that distributors accept as “complete” and/or where “damage” is not indicated on the bill of lading at time of delivery.
A description of the damage or missing freight (shortage) must be noted on the original BOL when signing and accepting delivery. The driver must also sign the document acknowledging the shortage.
Pro Brand must then be notified by contacting 770.423.7072 or via fax at 770.423.7075. The model number, quantity missing and bill of lading number, along with your PO#, must be noticed to your account manager.
Immediately email or fax a photocopy of the signed BOL describing the damage or shortage to Pro Brand at support@pbigroup.com or by fax at 770.423.7075.
Upon receipt of appropriate notice from the distributor as outlined above, Pro Brand will investigate the shortage and advise the distributor of disposition within 3 working days.
INCORRECT PARTS HANDLING PROCEDURE
Upon discovery of an incorrect part, please record the part and the serial number from the unit in which the problem occurred. Report the problem to the Pro Brand sales department within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Action will be taken to correct the problem.
DROP SHIPMENTS
Pro Brand will drop ship to a distributor’s customer for a fee of $35 per $500 ordered, in addition to freight terms of FOB Marietta, GA. All standard minimum order policies must be adhered to as well (min $500 per order, order must be in sub carton or master carton quantities).
DISTRIBUTOR RETURNS
Request for product return must be made in writing from the distributor to their Pro Brand account manager. Pro Brand will either approve or disapprove the request. Upon approval of the request, Pro Brand will charge a 15% re-stocking fee of the current market value of the goods being returned. Credit will be issued at the current market value of the items returned. Only current items on the latest distributor price sheet can be considered for return. All items returned must be in complete master carton quantities. Returns must not exceed 5% of previous year’s purchases. All returns will be shipped prepaid to Pro Brand.
